Property does not always equal residence

Several countries welcome foreign property buyers but do not grant residence, permanent residence, or citizenship from a simple purchase. Spain, the United Kingdom, Canada, France, India, Kuwait, and the USA are examples where the property decision and immigration route must usually be handled separately.

Citizenship is different from residence

Temporary residence, Golden Visa residence, premium residence, permanent residence, and citizenship are different legal outcomes. A country may offer one and not the others, or may require years of lawful residence before a citizenship application is possible.

Rules can change

Visa and residence rules can change quickly. Qasr Realty can coordinate the property and advisory process, but final eligibility should be confirmed through official government sources or licensed immigration counsel before any purchase is made for immigration purposes.
